Palmer Homes is owned and operated by Damon Palmer. Damon obtained his state contractors license in 2004 after relocating from central Illinois.
He has been in the construction business for the past 28 years, and continues to carry on the family tradition dating back to 1935 over the past four generations.

If you have specific requests, an eye for quality, or in any way feel that your new home should be built by the owner of the construction company, you are in the right place. I am the fourth generation builder in our family. I have been actively in the construction business for the past 25+ years. As a hands on builder from Illinois, there aren’t many trades I haven’t personally done in the past and many of them I really enjoy doing as well. I am passionate about the art and skill of building a beautiful, skillfully crafted home.
I personally do not feel that a fine home can be built by a contractor sitting in an office on the other side of town, or from a boat in the gulf. I am on the job every day. There is no substitute for being on the job where the work is being performed. My sub contractors may love or hate the fact that I am always there, but they do get the message loud and clear- Do it right, or do it twice!
